For the past five years, Juan Cumbrado is the Chief Innovation Officer of MAPFRE in Spain for all its local companies (MAPFRE Spain, MAPFRE VIDA, MAPFRE AM, SANTANDER - MAPFRE insurance and reinsurance, Verti, Savia, CESVIMAP, MULTIMAP) creating an impact oriented Innovation model.
Previously for seven years, he was Regional CIO (Latin America) and has previous experience of several years as CIO in Spain, UK, Italy, France and Germany.
During a period as CIO, he combined his work with the launch and management of the global Digital and Culture transformation project of the technology and process teams.
