Dr. Saeed is a futurist, thought leader, AI ethicist, Author, and global keynote speaker.
Currently, He is the director of the Center for Futures Studies at the University of Dubai, a visiting lecturer at Oxford University course: Artificial Intelligence: Generative AI, Cloud and ML Ops (online),President of the UAE Robotics and Automation Society (RAS), a commissioner in the Global Commission on Artificial Intelligence in the Military Domain (GCREAIM), And a UNESCO co-Chair on anticipatory systems. Dr. Saeed serves on the advisory boards of several international networks and forum, including the World Ethical Data Foundation, a senior fellow of the AI 2030: Responsible AI for a Better World initiative, and on the advisory board of the Artificial Intelligence Governance Network (AIGN).
He co-authored the book Digital Nation: How the UAE is building a future based on tech innovation. He has written several articles and reports published in Harvard Business Review Arabia, MIT Technology Review Arabia, Dubai Policy Review Journal, and DIFC Capital Insights. He has been invited to speak at prestigious universities and international platforms including the University of Oxford, University of Cambridge, University College London, Kings College, the UN, the WEF, and OPEC, and Thomson Reuters.
