Dr. Cheemin Bo-Linn has over 25 years in the C-suite. She was CEO of Peritus Partners, a global valuation accelerator thru 2024, IBM Vice-President, and M&A Partner. She has scaled global growth from small to large multi-billion-dollar companies leading digital transformation leveraging artificial intelligence and analytics with financial acumen. She has lived and led global teams while living in the Americas, Europe, and Asia and served on boards in the US, Canada, Europe, and Australia. Supported by US Presidents Bush thru Obama, she was inducted into the “Hall of Fame for Women in Technology”, and invited to speak at the United Nations.
She has been elected to eight prior public company boards from small to large mid-cap and multiple privates and family owned. Her leadership includes Board Chair, Lead Director, Chair of every major committee including Audit, Chair of Sustainability, Chair of Tech/Cybersecurity. In 2025, she was named “Top 100 Women Leaders in the Boardroom” by Board Prospects. She was recognized by the Financial Times as " Top 100 Diverse Board Directors" and by the National Association of Corporate Directors as " Top 50 Board Directors “.
She earned her Doctorate Degree in Computer based Information Systems and Organizational Change at the University of Houston. She completed Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business Executive Certificate Program and executive studies at Harvard. As Visiting Professor of the EMBA/MBA program at Columbia University, London School of Business, and University of Hong Kong, her domain was finance and digital technology.
