Claudia Arcay is one of the most respected executives in the Latin music industry, with over 22 years of experience in the entertainment business. She is the CEO and Founder of ARCO Entertainment Agency, specializing in consulting, management, and business management.
Previously, Claudia served for five years as Senior Vice President at Loud And Live, where she was instrumental in the company’s growth and global recognition. During her tenure, she was honored by Billboard on the Latin Power Players, Women in Music, Latin Women in Music, and Top Business Managers lists, while Pollstar named her among Women of Live 2024 and LAMC recognized her as one of the Wonder Women of Latin Music.
Passionate about giving back, Claudia serves on the Latin GRAMMY Cultural Foundation® Advisory Council. Her leadership and vision have also shaped successful tours for leading artists such as Camilo, Carlos Vives, Alejandro Sanz, Ricardo Arjona, Silvestre Dangond, Melendi, George Harris, Camila, Pandora y Flans, Reik, and Carlos Rivera, among others.
Before joining Loud And Live, Claudia spent more than eight years at WK Entertainment alongside founder and CEO Walter Kolm, where she served as Business Manager for Carlos Vives, overseeing the artist’s operations and overall strategy
