Short Biography


Yolanda Serra is a female senior leader with the responsibility of global growth in the prestige executive education industry, focused on developing top talent in leading companies across the globe. With over 20 years experience in general management, international business development, global marketing, innovation and change management, she is an expert in advising and persuading C-suite executive development globally.    

Moreover, she is also the Director of the IESE~Harvard Corporate Governance Program in Europe since 2015 and has served at the board of several foundations on women empowerment and development. She has developed an expertise on the social and governance aspects of corporate sustainability, and she can help boards and management committees in successfully embracing the challenges of talent growth and development in the AI age. Meanwhile assessing international expansion and global growth of intangible services.    

She has combined her executive career with lecturing on luxury goods management, business development strategies and leadership development facing the future of work at the University of London (LCF), University of Navarra, University Ramon LLull, and Women’s Forum.    She is passionate about continuous learning and experimentation on the experience economy, and she is a firm believer in the power of the arts and creativity to bring peace and to change human behavior for good.    

Yolanda holds an MBA from IESE Business School, a BA in Communications from University Ramon Llull (Barcelona), a BA in Law from University Pompeu Fabra (Barcelona) and has updated her capabilities in the fields of digital marketing at Columbia Business School, of sales and leadership at IESE Business School and of corporate governance at Harvard Business School.
